We purchased this product on vacation staying in a VRBO where we cooked most of our meals. We were recommended this rub for it's versatility. It was perfect! Pork, chicken, fish, beef. Great on all of it!. We even mixed it with mayo for a dipping sauce. We ordered it for Christmas for the perfect gift for so many on our list!

To my surprise my friends, neighbors and my wife (my major critic) request this recipe. It's simple but they all love it.
4 to 8 chicken thighs (depends on how many you are cooking for)
Kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
Arizona Jerk Rub
Extra virgin olive oil
Bring oven to temp of 350 degrees.
Rinse the chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.
Coat the chicken with the Arizona Jerk Rub on both sides.
Now I use and recommend a cast iron skillet but use what ever you are comfortable with that is oven safe.
Coat the skillet with oil ...enough to be able sear the chicken on both sides for a minute and half.
On your stove top.
Once you have the oil in the skillet bring the oil up to temp not smoking but close to it.
Add the chicken pieces. Careful if the oil is too hot it will spatter. You want a nice dark brown on both sides. Sear each side about a minute to a minute and half.
Remove from stove and place in the pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the proper temp of the chicken is 165 degrees.
If you want to do something extra. I remove the chicken from the pan and place on a serving dish. Place the pan back on the stove top and bring back to a high temp. Saute onions, mushrooms, or scallions (feel free to substitute what ever you want) and deglaze with white wine and a pat of butter with a pinch of salt to taste. Now you have a sauce.
I hope you like the recipe.
I am not a seasoned cook or chef. I did my best to explain what I do with the best seasoning out there.

I use this blend on burgers and chicken. It has a great flavor and no msg or salt! One of my favorites as I buy all of my seasonings from AZ Spice! Love the all natural and the flavors are great with little or no salt.

It is hard to find good tasting seasonings with no salt. This one has the perfect amount of heat. Not over the top. This company does a great job of making a great flavor with no salt. This is one of many I use often from this company.
