Got a jar for Fathers day, and we were having my wife's enchalada caserole (the best!). Seriously, I consumed the whole jar between yesterday and today with some leftovers. Has 11 peppers in it. So there is instant hot, and then the habanero creeps up on you. If you like both Heat and Flavor, you will love this stuff.
