The easiest, most flavorful meatballs you’ll ever make.
Tip: Read the entire recipe before starting.
1 lb ground pork
1 lb lean ground beef (or substitute ground turkey or chicken breast)
1/4 cup Italian blend cheeses (Parmesan, Romano, Asiago) – Parmesan works if blend unavailable
1/2–3/4 cup Arizona Spice Company Italian Sausage Seasoning Mix (Mild or Spicy, adjust to taste)
1/8 cup Arizona Spice Company Italian Seasoning
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil for cooking (add 1/4 cup if using turkey or chicken for moisture)
Mix Ingredients:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use your hands or a fork to mix thoroughly.
Form Meatballs:
Roll mixture into 1–1.5 inch balls. Consistent size ensures even cooking.
Cook Meatballs:
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook meatballs thoroughly (no pink inside). Turn at least once for even cooking.
Test doneness by cutting one in half.
Serve Options:
Add to your favorite sauce and simmer to blend flavors.
Use in meatball sandwiches on hot dog buns.
Flavor & Spice:
Italian sausage seasoning is slightly spicy. For milder meatballs, use 1/4 cup. Italian seasoning adds bold, aromatic flavor without heat.

Turkey or chicken substitutions work great—add a little olive oil for moisture.
