AZ Deb Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • Deb’s Flavor Crystals or Arizona Flavor Crystals


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Wash and trim the chicken breasts. Pat dry with a paper towel. For even cooking, pound each breast to an even thickness using a mallet or rolling pin if needed.

  2. Season the Chicken: Pour olive oil into a shallow bowl and coat chicken on both sides. Place chicken on a clean plate and generously sprinkle your chosen flavor crystals on all sides.

  3. Grill the Chicken:

    • Preheat the grill.

    • Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.

  4. Alternative Pan Method:

    • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium iron skillet over medium heat.

    • Add chicken and brown 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  5. Serve: Pair with Deb’s Garden Rice and a cooked vegetable of your choice. Spinach and carrots are a great match.
