¼ cup olive oil

Prepare the Chicken: Wash and trim the chicken breasts. Pat dry with a paper towel. For even cooking, pound each breast to an even thickness using a mallet or rolling pin if needed.
Season the Chicken: Pour olive oil into a shallow bowl and coat chicken on both sides. Place chicken on a clean plate and generously sprinkle your chosen flavor crystals on all sides.
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat the grill.
Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
Alternative Pan Method:
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium iron skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and brown 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
