Product Description
This mild green chile (Ground From Hatch NM Chile) Seasoning mix has a great, concentrated green chili flavor. Green chile, garlic and other spices make it a must have to zest up your dishes.
Sprinkle on just about any food to enhance the flavor. Add to your soups, stews and sprinkle on meat or fish before cooking. It is fine and easy to cook with. Also a great flavoring when used like salt and pepper.

I absolutely love this seasoning mix. First had it on some cashews and sought it out. Use it on anything you would use Mexican seasoning.

Garlic seemed to overpower other spices. Tried it on peanuts and flavor was almost there until the garlic hits and makes the taste just above average. Looking for a little longer taste of the chili and garlic.

My sister found this at a Costco presentation 6 months ago and we've been hooked ever since. It goes great in eggs, soups, enchiladas, burritos and anything else we want to add more flavor to. It's awesome stuff!!

THIS is the BEST seasoning EVER! I started buying this a couple of years ago at Mesa Market when we winter down south. We didn't make it this year so I ordered online. They are QUICK to ship and very easy to deal with. Their spices are unique, flavorful, and unlike anything you can purchase at a traditional market. It may seem a bit pricey at first glance but because they don't use fillers and the product is so concentrated, you use much less. But don't buy the small bottle ~ you're going to love this on everything from eggs, sauces/salsas, chili, in dry rubs, on veggies, roasted chicken, fish...the possibilities are endless! I use all of their products and have never once been disappointed in them.

While visiting Arizona, we sampled this seasoning in your Sedona store and took a shine to it, but it wasn't until we got home and added it to some sour cream to make a dip that we were blown away by the layers of flavor. And everyone who has tried it to says "what is this and where did you get it!". Now we are giving it to all our friends!
