This mix of hot peppers has just the right amount of heat and a great flavor. I use this on just about every sandwich I make. Ham, Turkey, Burgers and even on my steak and chicken. I have not seen anything like this before. I was making homemade pizza last night and used this as the pepper topping. Fantastic!

I first tasted it at a farmers market, now I buy it by the case. My husband will not let me run out. The flavor and heat level are perfect! Keep up the good work. :-)
