Versatile Seasoning

I fell in love with a Pizza/Sausage season many years ago, but the person making it shut down her shop. While on a visit to Arizona from Florida, I attended a market and found this company. This Sausage seasoning is the closest thing I found and fell in love with it right away, even buying it in bulk at one point. I use it in so many ways: pizza, sauce, soups, salad dressing, and to season meat and veggies.

I wanted to do something different today so I mixed this in some ground pork, made like hamburger patties and cooked it on the grill. I used both the mild and hot so people had a choice. It was such a big hit there were none left! These were much healthier than commercial sausage or regular burgers. I am here to buy the breakfast sausage mix now and try that. If this one is that good I am confident in the rest of their seasonings!

Best Meatballs Ever!

I tried their recipe for spaghetti sauce and meatballs using this. Best Spaghetti and meatballs I ever had! (And I am not a kid) lol .... You have to try it. The hot is pretty hot and I use more seasoning than the recipe states. But trust me, when you try this you will never go back to commercial sausage. I won't!
