I might have passed right by this on the on-line store without a glance. However, I happened to try a sample of the smoked salts while in the store and I was hooked - both the hickory and the mesquite are outstanding. Trying others on my next order.

This is the best salt for cooking a steak the perfect resteraunt style. It is great on everything when cooking and only need a pinch and the flavor spreads througout the dish. I have not used table salt in a few years after getting these salts and plan to keep it that way. Great peopl to order from.
