Pineapple Salsa (MEDIUM)

Add a jar of this to a pot of chili and it is a magical transformation without adding salt. I always use unsalted beans and tomatoes, so the entire thing is low sodium and perfect.

You can't beat this salsa for flavor, just the right amount of spices and Pineapple. It makes a terrific marinade for any number of dishes.

Found the AZ Spice Company at the Great Americian Food and Beer Fest. They were handing out samples. I had never tried Pineapple Salsa before and it was delicious. Bought a jar and we devoured it that night. I head back to Canada tomorrow, and am planning to hit their store before I leave!

This salsa is perfect for the holidays to add some spicy mildly warm to the sweet tang of pineapple. Might be one of my favs!

This salsa is excellent by itself but I have found it makes an incredible addition to many of my recipes. My favorite is to put it in the crock pot with meatballs. This has become a family favorite on Football Sundays.

Great salsa, but your rating as mild isn't correct. It should be rated as medium. I can handle a lot of heat, but my wife can't and I was surprised at how hot this was, especially when my wife tried it 1st. She can eat mild salsas with no problems, but not this one. Hopefully I'll be off the couch soon........

I purchased a jar of Pineapple Salsa at a local festival, where multiple companies were showcasing their salsas and seasonings. This was my favorite at that event & remains a hit with my family. It's a perfect mix of sweet and flavor, with just a touch of heat. Perfect with chips or for topping chicken enchiladas.
