    We found this luscious Alder wood Smoked Sea Salt produced by Arizona Spice Company at the Park West Farmer's Market one Saturday Morning about a year ago. After experimenting with this in some of his dishes, my husband sent me back for a jar for his brother and wife in Washington State. Now we are all addicted. This can go on anything you want to add a rich, smokey flavor in. Potatoes, Salads, Meats, etc. A little of this goes a long way. Treat yourself~ your taste buds will do the Happy Dance!
