This recipe came from a friend that use to live in New Orleans. But It just didn't have my "magic flavor". So I tweaked it a bit and now I can call it Arizona Deb Authentic. Well, you get the idea. My favorite application for this one is to rub olive oil on chicken or shrimp, sprinkle on the rub, put it all in a zip-lock bag and let the magic happen over night. With spicy seasonings the longer you marinate, the spicier it will be.
This is the best cajun rub I have ever tasted! I first had it at my sisters house and I had to get some myself. I have used it on so many things I am back for more. Great job on this one! I am going to try more seasonings on this order. I love the all natural and low sodium.
I buy many seasonings from this company. I just tried this new cajun rub and it is fantastic. It may be my new favorite. great flavor, not too hot. Last night i used it on some grilled chicken. My entire family loved the flavor.
I love this rub. My favorite use is on my grilled chicken and steak. Just the right amount of spice for me and my family. I like the all natural part and it doesn't taste salty like other cajun rubs I've tried.
