This mix is hot and flavorful. Great Steak rub.  Habanero and Hatch NM red chile with some herbs and spices make a Bold meat rub.
Great on beef, pork, chicken, jerky, shrimp and fish.  Marinate for at least two hours for more heat.  Blackens if grilled.

    I have been buying this seasoning for years. I was first looking for a spicy seasoning to use on my home made jerky. This was a great success! I also use it as a steak rub, to season my tacos and burritos and marinate chicken. It is plenty hot!
