Perfect balance of heat and sweetness. Goes great on scones and toast. I've added it to sauces as well when a recipe calls for honey. The last batch we ordered was more liquidy then the first two batches we've had but the flavor was still there and we loved it anyways.
I love the flavor of this jelly. It is sweet and very hot. Habanero and ghost pepper both! I use it on cream cheese with crackers, on chicken as a glaze, peanut butter and jelly! Yum!
This jelly is great on English muffins but I also use it as a marinade for chicken. The sweet and hot flavor is fantastic as a marinade.
